Hello and welcome to my simply website, my name is Gabriella Cairo and I am a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher.

I have been practicing Reiki since 2006. It has been a wonderful journey and I have enjoyed sharing the experience with others.

What is Reiki ?

Reiki is energy that comes from a pure love. It comes from a Divine Source. It is light energy.

We all use energy, and most of us are unaware of it. It is our aura, our senses, feelings, many things and everything is energy.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words Rei which means "Universal Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is "spiritually guided life force energy."

Reiki is the energy that comes from the divine and flows through you into someone or something that needs healing or calming. It hums to the energy frequency in the cells of our bodies, of our souls, and helps put it back into balance.

Reiki energy may feel like a wonderful glowing radiance or warmth that flows through and around you. People feel different things with Reiki energy and some may not feel anything at all, but at the end of a session they will usually feel more relaxed then when they walked in. Reiki treats the whole person: body, emotion, mind and spirit.

Reiki does not replace modern medical practices, but works well in combination with it.

Reiki energy never harms. There is no danger in the use of Reiki, it is a positive force of energy that increases the vitality of life.

Reiki session consists of music, possibly candles and crystals, and the energy of the divine that works with you, and through me. Whatever transpire with energy is between you and the divine, I am merely the instrument. Reiki session can be done in person or over the phone. There are no boundaries in Reiki energy.
